The wild weather that devastated NSW regions over the weekend looks to be finally passing. On Saturday Byron Bay & surrounding areas copped winds reported up to 104km/h, heavy rains, close encounter lightning strikes and hailstones as big as golf balls covering the area in what resembled a nice sheet of snow. Below are images taken over the weekend from around the area.
Thanks to the hard work of the SES who saw over 70 call outs over this crazy weekend.
